Thanks to PUKKA HERBS I was lucky to enjoy a peaceful morning, by doing yoga, meditation and by trying some delicious herbal teas.The event was held at Dalston Heights a beautiful and striking urban place full of amazing light, space and interesting decoration.
The class started off by reflecting about the importance of meditation and listening to our bodies, by giving ourselves time to relax. “Nowadays we live in such a busy world we never give time for ourselves to breathe and stop.”
The class continued with a gentle yoga flow, focusing on releasing the hips and the muscles of the lower body, finishing off with a warm and calm relaxation. (The best thing of was the tea that was served at the end, it just added that extra calmness into our bodies and mind).
During the event I got to try some of the amazing teas and learn about the huge range of different herbs that PUKKA provides. We also had a really good talk about the power of herbs and the importance of PUKKA’s organic blends and supplements.
